Initial Application

All registered charities interested in running a mobile giving program must first apply through MGFC by completing and submitting the form below. MGFC will review the initial information provided and will advise on the next steps for your application via e-mail. Applications are generally processed within 2 weeks of MGF-C’s receipt of all required documents. Supporting documentation will be required as part of the application. Please ensure to have the following documentation readily available:

1. Copy of Audited/Certified Financial Statements, or link to where they may be found;

2. Copy of CRA Charity Letter, or link to CRA Charity listing web page;

3. All other agreements required will be issued to you via e-mail by MGFC.

A non-refundable application fee in the amount of $350.00 CAD payable to: Mobile Giving Foundation Canada. Cheques should clearly indicate the full RC Name and BN/Registration Number in the memo field. Payment via credit card should be provided via credit card authorization form.
