Si vous n\u2019acceptez pas les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales qui suivent ou ne pouvez pas vous y conformer, veuillez ne pas poursuivre la transaction de don.<\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"fr-CA\">Conditions du don <\/h3>\n<p lang=\"fr-CA\">Merci de faire un don dans le cadre d\u2019une campagne men\u00e9e par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de la plateforme de la Fondation des dons sans fil du Canada. Ce don est fait \u00e0 la Fondation des dons sans fil du Canada&nbsp;(FDSFC), un organisme de bienfaisance enregistr\u00e9, qui le remettra \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de bienfaisance d\u00e9sign\u00e9 dans le message texte (texto) par lequel vous l\u2019effectuez. Il sera indiqu\u00e9 par la mention Fondation des dons sans fil du Canada ou FDSFC sur votre facture de services sans fil, ou encore par la mention Mobile Giving Foundation Canada ou MGFC, si celle-ci est produite en anglais.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-CA\">Veuillez adresser toute question pr\u00e9cise au sujet de votre don \u00e0 votre conseiller fiscal ou financier. Tous les organismes agr\u00e9\u00e9s par la FDSFC sont des organismes de bienfaisance enregistr\u00e9s, et les dons qui leur sont vers\u00e9s devraient \u00eatre d\u00e9ductibles d\u2019imp\u00f4t. Au besoin, veuillez vous informer des politiques pr\u00e9cises de remboursement du t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur avec lequel vous faites affaire.<\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"fr-CA\">Paiement \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de bienfaisance enregistr\u00e9 <\/h3>\n<p lang=\"fr-CA\">La FDSFC recueille aupr\u00e8s du t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur avec lequel vous faites affaire le montant des dons que vous avez consentis. Dans certains cas, ce montant sera d\u00e9duit du solde pr\u00e9pay\u00e9 du compte que vous d\u00e9tenez aupr\u00e8s de ce dernier. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur remet la totalit\u00e9 de vos dons \u00e0 la FDSFC et, au cours des 30&nbsp;jours suivant sa r\u00e9ception du t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur, celle-ci remet ensuite le montant entier de chaque don \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de bienfaisance enregistr\u00e9 auquel il est destin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"fr-CA\">Types de dons<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Don de 5&nbsp;$&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Un don de 5,00&nbsp;$ sera ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 votre facture de services sans fil. Vous pouvez faire don d\u2019un montant de 5,00&nbsp;$ jusqu\u2019\u00e0 six&nbsp;(6) fois par cycle de facturation mensuel. Tous les montants sont factur\u00e9s par le t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur avec lequel vous faites affaire et doivent par cons\u00e9quent \u00eatre pay\u00e9s \u00e0 ce dernier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don de 10&nbsp;$<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Un don de 10,00&nbsp;$ sera ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 votre facture de services sans fil. Vous pouvez faire don d\u2019un montant de 10,00&nbsp;$ jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois&nbsp;(3) fois par cycle de facturation mensuel. Tous les montants sont factur\u00e9s par le t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur avec lequel vous faites affaire et doivent par cons\u00e9quent \u00eatre pay\u00e9s \u00e0 ce dernier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don de 20&nbsp;$&nbsp;\u2013 <\/strong>Un don de 20,00&nbsp;$ sera ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 votre facture de services sans fil. Vous pouvez faire don d\u2019un montant de 20,00&nbsp;$ une&nbsp;(1) fois par cycle de facturation mensuel. Ce montant est factur\u00e9 par le t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur avec lequel vous faites affaire et doit par cons\u00e9quent \u00eatre pay\u00e9 \u00e0 ce dernier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don de 25&nbsp;$&nbsp;\u2013 <\/strong>Un don de 25,00&nbsp;$ sera ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 votre facture de services sans fil. Vous pouvez faire don d\u2019un montant de 25,00&nbsp;$ une&nbsp;(1)&nbsp;fois par cycle de facturation mensuel. Ce montant est factur\u00e9 par le t\u00e9l\u00e9communicateur avec lequel vous faites affaire et doit par cons\u00e9quent \u00eatre pay\u00e9 \u00e0 ce dernier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don mensuel&nbsp;\u2013 <\/strong>La FDSFC autorise les organismes de bienfaisance enregistr\u00e9s \u00e0 envoyer au donateur, \u00e0 la suite du premier don par texto, un message texte lui demandant s\u2019il aimerait faire un don chaque mois dans le cadre d\u2019un programme de don mensuel. Pour vous pr\u00e9valoir de cette option lorsque vous recevez un tel message, vous devez r\u00e9pondre par le mot cl\u00e9 OUI, afin d\u2019indiquer votre acceptation. Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, vous recevrez au pr\u00e9alable chaque mois un rappel vous informant de la date \u00e0 laquelle le prochain don sera port\u00e9 sur votre facture ou pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 sur le solde pr\u00e9pay\u00e9 de votre compte de services sans fil. \u00c0 la date indiqu\u00e9e dans le rappel, vous recevrez un texto confirmant que le montant a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 votre facture ou d\u00e9duit de votre solde pr\u00e9pay\u00e9. Vous avez a en tout temps la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre fin au programme, en textant le mot cl\u00e9 ARRET au num\u00e9ro abr\u00e9g\u00e9 d\u2019o\u00f9 viennent les messages que vous recevez. La transmission du mot cl\u00e9 ARRET interdit l\u2019envoi de tout autre message \u00e0 votre appareil de m\u00eame que l\u2019inscription de tout autre don au d\u00e9bit de votre compte (ou son pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement sur votre solde pr\u00e9pay\u00e9). (comprend \u00e0 Bell Mobilit\u00e9, PC Mobile, Virgin Plus, Lucky Mobile), Eastlink, Freedom Mobile, Rogers (comprend \u00e0. Chatr, Fido), TELUS (comprend \u00e0 Koodo, Public Mobile), et Vid\u00e9otron (comprend \u00e0 Fizz).<\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-CA\">La FDSFC n\u2019est pas responsable des retards de transmission des messages texte, dons, avis, etc. La livraison est fonction de l\u2019exploitant de r\u00e9seau en cause. Tous les services sont fournis \u00ab tels quels \u00bb, sans garantie de la part de la FDSFC ni de ses mandataires, conc\u00e9dants de licence, partenaires commerciaux, organismes de bienfaisance associ\u00e9s ou fournisseurs (collectivement les \u00ab parties affili\u00e9es \u00e0 la FDSFC \u00bb).
